There are limited official channels for AMC registration in China. The primary methods include the following:
Method 1: Official Registration via ASDAN
- Search for the "ASDAN International STEM Assessment" mini-program on WeChat.
- Open the mini-program and click "Log In" in the bottom right corner.
- Verify your mobile number to complete registration and log in.
- Once registered, proceed to fill in the student's basic information.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the form accurately. The registration form consists of three sections: personal information, family information, and competition details. Important: When entering the Pinyin name, ensure the surname and given name are not reversed!
- In the school information section, enter the student's current school. Note: The school name must match the official system listing exactly. Incorrect entries will result in a failed registration.
- After carefully reviewing all information, click "Submit".
- If redirected to a post-registration survey, you may skip it by clicking the option in the top right corner.
- Return to the homepage and search for the specific competition you wish to register for.
- Search for "AMC" and select the appropriate competition level.
- On the competition details page, click "Register Now" in the bottom right corner.
- If registering for AMC 10 or AMC 12, you will need to select your preferred exam session. (Note: Exam A and Exam B are scheduled one week apart and have identical difficulty levels.)
- Double-check all basic information, particularly the registered school name, to ensure accuracy.
- Fill in the family member information section (can be completed in Chinese).
- Complete the remaining registration fields. Be sure to fill in the student's current grade/class.
- Check the box to acknowledge the registration guidelines and upload a clear photo of the student's ID card.
- Submit the registration form and complete the payment for the registration fee.
Registration is now complete!
Method 2: School-Organized Registration
Students can register through their school's unified system. If the student's school is an official AMC partner testing center, they can contact their teacher directly to be included in the school's group registration.
