  • Students in the China region who are not enrolled in ASDAN partner schools, as well as independent candidates, may scan the QR code to contact an advisor and obtain the registration form.

  • Students in overseas regions may also scan the QR code to request the registration form.

AMC 8 Registration Options

1. Online Exam

  • Home-based testing using a computer + mobile phone

  • Proctored according to official AMC guidelines

2. In-Person Exam

  • Registration support available for independent candidates

  • Test centers located in major cities across China, including:

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Nanjing, Suzhou, Chongqing, Xi’an, Qingdao, and more.

1. AMC 8 Eligibility

  • Students in Grade 8 or below

  • Age 14.5 or younger on the exam date

2. AMC 8 Schedule

China Region

  • Registration Deadline: January 13, 2026

  • Exam Date: January 23, 2026 (Friday)
    17:00–17:40

  • Score Release: Approximately 4 weeks after the exam

  • Digital Certificate: Available 6–8 weeks after the exam

U.S. Region

  • Early Registration Deadline: October 28, 2025

  • Regular Registration Deadline: January 5, 2026

  • Late Registration Deadline: January 15, 2026

  • Exam Window: January 22–28, 2026 (U.S. time)

3. Important Registration Notes

  1. AMC 8 exam questions are provided by the MAA–AMC Committee and are identical to the U.S. exam, offered in bilingual English–Chinese format.

  2. Approximately two weeks before the exam, registered students will receive detailed exam instructions via email and SMS.

  3. Registration fee reference: RMB 120 per exam session (subject to official confirmation; overpayments will be refunded and underpayments adjusted).
